Moss & Bloom started the way most good things in Miami do — in a kitchen, with a lot of care and not much else.
Nathaly makes every jar herself. She sources wildcrafted sea moss from the waters of St. Lucia, washes and soaks it by hand, and blends it in small batches in West Kendall the same week it reaches you. No factory, no fillers, no shortcuts — just her, a blender, and real fruit.
That is also why there is no big shelf of inventory sitting around. Each order is made for the person who placed it, which is slower and more work and completely the point.

The things people always ask.
How much should I take?
One to two tablespoons a day is what most people settle into. Start with one, see how you feel, and go from there. There is no need to take more than that.
How long does a jar last?
Use it within 14 days for the best quality. Keep it in the fridge, or freeze it if you want it to last longer — it freezes beautifully. At a tablespoon a day, a 16 oz jar lands right around that two-week mark.
Does it taste like the ocean?
The Original has a very mild, clean taste — most people cannot detect it once it is in coffee or a smoothie. The fruit flavors taste like the fruit.
What is the difference between wildcrafted and pool-grown?
Wildcrafted moss grows on rocks in the open ocean and takes up minerals from the seawater around it. Pool-grown moss is farmed in tanks, often with salt added to the water, and it is usually what you are getting when sea moss is unusually cheap.
How do I get my order?
Pickup in West Kendall, or local delivery across Miami-Dade. Delivery is free on three jars or more. Place your order and we will text you to set a time.
